Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Your item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. We will then provide you with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. The expected delivery time is usually within 7 – 20 business days from the time of shipment. For items shipped via other courier method like DHL, the expected delivery time is within 3-7 days.

Return Policy
Though we make sure we provide a proper package for your item, sometimes it happens that the item may get damaged during delivery. Incase this happens, please make a clear detailed photos of the broken item as a kind of valid proof immediately after receiving it. Make sure you also inform us about the situation within 2 working days from the time you receive the item.

If there a need to return the item, it should be returned within 7 days upon receiving it with its original package. We will then refund you or send a replacement to you within 7 business days after we receive the returned item from you. Please note that we are NOT responsible for the postage or shipping fees to return items. We will refund you the price of the item, minus postage.
