    We ship our items worldwide. To enable us offer a tracking number for every item shipped from our store, you will be charged a minimal shipping fee during checkout. If you would like your item to be shipped with other couriers such as DHL, Fedex, among others, kindly contact us before ordering for extra shipping charges.

    We accept credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is a service that enables you to pay or send money without revealing your financial information to a merchant. Paypal also offers a 180 days money back guarantee. You can always claim for a refund up to a period of 180 days from the time of payment.

    For items shipped using the standard method, the delivery time is within 7-20 days plus 2-3 processing days. For items shipped via other courier like DHL, Fedex, the delivery time is within 3-7 days. We will offer you a tracking number to monitor your parcel online.

    We do not process any payment on this store. All payments are processed through a third party payment processor, which in this case is Paypal. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL through Paypal.

    Yes. An invoice will automatically be generated by the system after your order. Kindly make sure your keep the transaction receipt from Paypal as proof of your payment until the time you receive your order.
